Gap-touched people experience strange absences, lost connections or powers associated with the Gap. For them, the missing era can feel like an active disturbance rather than a closed historical mystery. Attempts to understand or communicate what is happening can become frustratingly unreliable. No single appearance or origin defines them. Their experiences make powerful hooks for questions of memory and identity without requiring the character, or the campaign, to possess a definitive explanation for the Gap itself.
