Troxes are large, insectlike people from Nchak whose traditions emphasise peace, communal responsibility and devotion to Hylax. Their intimidating frames contain artists, thinkers, activists and devoted friends as readily as warriors. Many navigate the balance between helping their community and preserving their own needs and freedoms. Their strength can make them effective protectors, but protection need not begin with violence. Sometimes the largest person present is also the one most committed to finding another answer.
