Skittermanders are brightly furred, six-armed people known for energetic cooperation and delight in accomplishing tasks. Their approach to organisation can confound outsiders, particularly anyone expecting conquest to produce obedient subjects. Many organise themselves around what needs doing and who can help, rather than a permanent hierarchy. Their enthusiasm can be formidable, but individuals still have distinct temperaments and priorities. Being surrounded by eager assistance is wonderful, provided somebody has explained which system must remain switched on.
