Corpsefolk are intelligent, corporeal undead who continue existing after death. Their appearance may preserve them almost intact or clearly show wounds and decay. They can retain familiar personalities, interests and relationships while deciding what an extended unlife will mean. Unlike borais, corpsefolk use void healing, making the distinction practically important to anyone carrying medical supplies. Their stories need not revolve around villainy; a dead neighbour can still have perfectly ordinary concerns about rent and employment.
